Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Glaxy Safe. By placing an order, making a payment, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing orders
• ✓Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• ✓Respond to our team's queries in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• ✓Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access

You must NOT:

• ✕Use our services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• ✕Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our deliverables without prior written consent
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary systems or tools
• ✕Provide false information that causes delays, errors, or losses on our part

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as per the agreed terms at the time of project initiation.

• iPayments must be made through authorized payment methods accepted by Glaxy Safe
• iFinal deliverables will be released only upon receipt of full payment
• iAny applicable taxes (GST etc.) will be charged in addition to the service cost
• iLate payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

All content, branding, code, tools, and materials created or owned by Glaxy Safe are our exclusive intellectual property, protected under applicable copyright and IP laws.

• ·Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership rights to the final project deliverables as agreed in the project scope
• ·Glaxy Safe retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• ·Any third-party tools, libraries, or assets used remain subject to their respective licenses
• ·Ownership of partially completed work does not transfer to the client in case of cancellation or non-payment

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information, trade secrets, or proprietary data shared during the course of the project.

• ✓Glaxy Safe will not disclose your project details or business information to third parties without your consent
• ✓We store your data securely and handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws
• ✓Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of the agreement

Glaxy Safe provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery in all circumstances.

• !We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• !Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
• !We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• !We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• ·Client may cancel a project before or during execution — charges will apply as per our Refund Policy
• ·Glaxy Safe reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misconduct, fraud, or violation of these Terms
• ·Upon termination, any outstanding payments for completed work remain due
• ·Both parties shall cease use of each other's confidential information upon termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
