By accessing our website (https://glaxysafe.in/) or commissioning web development, software engineering, or cyber security services from Glaxy Safe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion, please contact us prior to initiating service.
All project scopes, architectural designs, revision counts, and delivery timelines are agreed upon prior to project initiation in a written estimate or scope manifesto. Any features or scope changes outside the agreed statement of work will be billed under standard supplementary developer rates.
Upon 100% full invoice clearance, full intellectual property rights and code ownership of the custom codebase created specifically for the client are permanently transferred to the client. Glaxy Safe retains the right to display non-confidential project visuals and metrics in our design portfolio.
We treat client server access credentials, databases, proprietary algorithms, and business logic with strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) confidentiality. All transferred credentials during penetration testing or server auditing are stored in encrypted vaults and purged upon project conclusion.
Every completed project includes a 30-day post-launch technical warranty covering bug fixes and unexpected rendering issues arising from our code. Ongoing maintenance plans can be extended on a monthly or quarterly basis.
