At Glaxy Safe, we are committed to delivering highest quality engineering and cyber security services. Because custom software and security auditing involve substantial dedicated engineering labor from day one, refunds are assessed based on project phases and deliverables completed.

Project Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project execution at the time of written cancellation notice:

Website Security & Audit Services

For immediate security incident response, active malware removals, and penetration testing:

Satisfaction Warranty: If a cleaned vulnerability recurs within the 30-day warranty window, we patch it at zero additional cost.
One-time Emergency Services: Due to immediate labor allocation, emergency threat remediation fees are non-refundable once the audit begins.

How To Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

Send an email to support@glaxysafe.in with your Project Invoice ID.
State the specific reason for cancellation and milestones completed.
Our accounts department will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
