Digital Products & Services

All digital products, security certificates, and verification services are non-refundable once delivered or activated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Eligibility for Refund

✓Duplicate payment made by mistake
✓Service not delivered due to a technical error on our side

Project Cancellation After Start

If a project has already been started and the client wishes to cancel, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed so far. The advance amount will be adjusted against work done, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

Deduction Structure by Project Progress

iProject completion % will be assessed and communicated by our team at the time of cancellation request.
iAll completed work remains property of Glaxy Safe until full payment for that work is settled.
iCancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official communication channels.

Review & Assessment Our team reviews the request and assesses the project completion percentage if applicable.

Approval & Calculation Refundable amount is calculated after deducting completed work. You will be informed of the final amount.

Refund Processed Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
